True You Fall ‘24 Coming November 16th!

Calling everyone in the Cincinnati, Ohio area! It’s that time again-on November 16th the True You Spiritual Retreat is BACK, and this season, we are partnering with a new venue- Chasing Cali Collective. A warm, Zen space that is grounding, calming and completely created for events like this one. If you were there in March, you know how amazing the experience was. For Fall, there is an incredible day planned, including sound healing (back by popular demand!)

This retreat brought us all together last spring in a celebration of healing, sharing, and friendship. This promises to be a powerful and inspiring gathering, and we are excited to create that intimate atmosphere once again.

Our previous event was a profound experience for everyone involved, filled with moments of deep reflection. Expect engaging workshops, heartfelt discussions, and activities designed to nourish both the body and spirit. This is an opportunity to reconnect with friends, make new ones, and participate in a collective journey of reflection and rejuvenation.
