I use both Quantum Healing Touch ® and Reiki, which are non-religious energy healing techniques that assist the body in removing energetic blocks, reducing stress and its effects, and even relieving physical pain and illness. In a session, the pure flow of energy begins to realign in the body. Reiki is safe, painless, and is now being used in hospitals and top medical centers, as its benefits are becoming evident. You might experience sensations such as warmth or tingling, or even emotional releases, insights, or visions. Each session lasts 30-45 minutes, and you're welcome to ask any questions before and after a session.

Virtual Reiki is a secure and effective method to nurture your well-being and assist in your intention to heal. A virtual Reiki/Healing Touch session offers many of the same benefits as an in-person session, with the added convenience of being accessible from your home. All you need is a quiet environment, an internet-connected device, and receptiveness. In the session, you will relax as I tune into your energy field and facilitate your healing process through distance healing.
